Just a lil’ bit about me
Growing up, I was captivated by cartoons. Visual storytelling fascinated me and I filled endless notebooks with comics and creative inventions. My imagination was always switched on. As an adult this led me to a successful career as a graphic designer. Over 10 years I worked in major advertising agencies on countless briefs for big-name clients. All the while improving and diversifying my skills in design methodology.
Eventually, I became dissatisfied with sitting at the end of the production line. It was time to utilise my knowledge and pursue what I did best: solving problems and dreaming big ideas. My career grounded me in the fundamentals of UX design: from strategy and research to team collaboration. Because of this, UX has become the perfect pivot to realise my full potential.
The most valuable thing I've learned over the course of my career is that the most important tools of the trade aren't the most advanced programs or the latest piece of tech; it’s pencil, paper and a healthy dose of curiosity about the world. This is the beauty of UX, and together with my design expertise I'm ready to craft experiences that will delight and inspire.
